My Current Desktop..GPU upgrade

Hey Guys i need some help before i buy the GPU

my Current system is

Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83 Ghz ( i cant overclock it due to the motherboard " an intel motherboard )
4GB DDR2 Ram
1TB 5200RPM
GTS 450 1GB DDR5
24inch Screen < playing at full HD resolution

u can see the system specs below

now i found a nice deal for a used XFX 6950 2GB for about 150 Bucks should i go for that deal so i can play my current Games such as Battlefield 3, Skyrim, League of Legends, Serious Sam 3, MW2, MW3 and so on of games that will come out ?

am currently not gaming a lot but i still game

Eh It wont run BF3 on Ultra but the rest it should handle just fine
(Not sure about Skyrim)

Why dont you save up and go with a new 6970?

ur probably rite. i can play BF3 on my current rig on Medium but i play it on low so i wont get fps lag

so it's better so save up the money for a better gpu..

i was just happy because the recommend gpu for bf3 is gtx570 and the 6950
