Highest overclock on Air/water? (2700k, 2600k, 2500k)

Thread Starter
So what's the highest overclock that you could use 24/7 (with good temps) with these three processors?

What do you have it overclocked it to?

and also, say if you are using water cooling or air cooling

Depends on how high you're willing to let temps/volts get for any particular setup.

I'm rather conservative (I like to keep my desktop for a long time), so I'm "only" running my 2600k @ 4.5GHz, which requires 1.315v to be Prime95 blend stable for >= 24 hrs. Temps peak out at 60c.

On the other hand, some people don't plan on keeping their chips as long and will pump 1.4v+ through w/ temps going past 70c to reach speeds >= 4.8GHz. It's fine for 24/7 for a couple years (probably). Not worth it to me though!
