The first post I made clearly lacked needed context. By no means was I implying that he should purchase a EVGA brand card on the bases that he will get a life time warranty.
The only information I was trying to offer was.
"EVGA customer support is good"
"life time warranty is solid"
If the product he was looking to purchase doesn't offer a warranty then, I suppose it doesn't really matter is the warranty is solid or not.
I personally did not know they didn't offer a life time warranty out side the USA, and for my ignorance in that matter I'm sorry.
I will still stand by my statement though that, but with better context.
"Their customer support is still awesome, and if eligible,
their warranty program is solid."
