I've done some reading about VRMs (and their horror stories), even seeing a lot of positive things about my choice of board.

Qucik question regarding power phases; what would a maximum safe voltage (vCore/vDDNB) be for the Gigabyte GA990XA-UD3 with a Phenom II x6? And when should I begin to question the TDP of my processor?

200w at the wall turns into 450w at the wall running LinX @ 4.2Ghz but my Phenom is a serious voltage whore (above 3750mhz anyway).

Phenom II X6 1075T @ 4.2Ghz (1.52v minimum under load to stabilize), CPUNB @ 2.8Ghz (1.2v stable).
CPU temps are fine running LinX, but I am more worried about toasting the VRM.
TMPIN2 (HWMonitor, which I have read about here reporting the VRM temp to this board) reports 62C running LinX.

Safety recommendations?Input much appreciated.
