OFFICIAL: Statement Regarding G-VANS Knock Off Controllers/Products  

Ok this is a temporary statement regarding all "G-VANS" labeled products. I have been notified that a company under the brand name "G-VANS" is using Lamptron product descriptions and images to sell counterfeit items. These are low quality and unsafe reproduction units of our own products and we at Lamptron are not associated or endorse any of the products associated under this brand name. As a personal recommendation until I have more detailed information regarding actual identifying details here we ask that you avoid purchasing from any retail location selling these products when shopping for Lamptron products, as we are uncertain as to which you may actually receive.

We will make an official statement outlining the details of how to identify the knock off's and where they are being sold etc, but not much I can do right now at 2am. lol If only I could publicly tell you the half of what I found out over the past hour you would be stunned. I will tell you that as a consumer, not just an employee of Lamptron, I will never purchase from frozen or performance pc's again for anything.

We do know how they were made but we are still identifying which parts are actually from the same factory or just completely different designs all together. As you know knock offs tend to be a huge problem in china, which I had expected this to happen eventually, I just really never expected long time USA retailers to knowingly sell them.

Not my department but my job is to not let this go quietly into the night. lol So you will hear hell being raised from me directly.
