Review of the Zowie AM - Page 30

Just got an EC2 evo white, definitely do not need to change the microswitches on this mouse, a lot softer than the AM.

However I notice that with this mouse, if you press it at an angle, too close to the tip of the mouse, it will unclick.

This mouse would definitely benefit with Omrons, would probably feel a lot softer like the razer deathadder.

Switches are indeed softer feeling than the Zowie AM. There is more leverage from the shell of the mouse to provide more torque. However, huano switches are still trash and if you need rapid clicking you will definitely notice a difference between Huano and Omrons. It is my personal opinion that Huano switches are absolutely useless for competitive RTS which is why I siwtched my switches out for Japanese D2F.

Also the switches for the sidebuttons and the middle mouse button are exactly the same. The side buttons do feel very nice and tactile while the middle mouse button is really rather stiff all through the use of levers.
