That means the PSU works.. The fan is average, I have a dead motherboard, but the fans will spin up on that too. He most-likely killed the motherboard on accident. The more info you post, the more I believe that the motherboard is dead.

First .. if He kicked it. Then he needs a rubber case with a rubber room to put the case in.

but besides that.

Okay.

If the disk was running during the soccer move then there is a high chance that the Hard drive is bad now. Especially since the Blue Screen indicated a failed Disk error.

If I was working on this I would dissassemble the entire unit. Motherboard CPU Graphics card and everything Else and check for cracks in the motherboard close to the Standoffs. That is where the cracks would be.. if you see Cracks in the motherboard then Get a new one. Dont try to repair it.

Reseat the CPU and the CPU cooler.
440

Reseat the RAM.
300

Reseat the Graphics card
450

Replug all basic components first one at a time and see if you can access the Bios.

If not try another Graphics card

But chances are our "Samsonite Quality Control Testor" really F.... Up the Motherboard.

Get him something that is made for his age group. Like some legos.

As its fully modular PSU try reseating all of the plugs in both PSU end and the Mobo end. As already suggested, reseat CPU, RAM.

Umm.... If I went and kicked my computer now. The hard drive would suffer from shock and break...!!!

That's obviously what happened!!

Unplug the Hard Drive's Sata and Power and see if you can get into the BIOS....

If the motherboard doesn't start up, then the motherboard's obviously broken.

It's just Common Sense!!

Dude, do you read the posts before you.. That's pretty much what everybody has been saying.. Also, the HDD would affect the booting 0.

@OP
any luck yet? I'm still kind of suprised, I could probably drop kick my case and it wouldn't damage it.. It's been dropped, it's fallen, And it still lives.

Maybe the motherbaord support plate is shorting...

Take the whole thing out and set the board on a non-conductive surface and build it there and test tongue.gif

He said he already did that in the first post.

I'd put my money on re-seating the CPU,
A friend of mine whacked his PC with his full strength on the ground (his chipset coolers loosened from their position, the cabinet broke , deformed)
All I did was reseat the CPU again and it started working.

People must be thinking "another weirdo who did that" after reading this.
