Hey guys, I'm building a Silent PC Case for my Design & Technology GCSE in school, but I've come across one problem....

I never even thought about it until I looked at my case, A Power Button!!!

How am I supposed to turn on the system without a Power Button??

Could someone suggest what they used and send me a link please??

Any switch from Radioshack/Source will do, all the two pins on the mother board are looking for is a momentary contact.

If you have any local PC shops, see if they have any old cases you could steal the front panel off of and integrate that in to your build.

If your ok with opening up the case everytime you need to, you can use a screwdriver or something to open it. Or you can buy a button\switch and connect it to the pwr pins, then you make a small hole in your case and guide it outside the case so you have a power button.

A trip to radio shack will do you-- All you have to do is short together the correct pins on your mobo (Check out the manual.) It can be done with a screwdriver in a pinch...

These popped up on my radar on Amazon for the stupid low price and I got two for work. One was definitely for the shipping station's computer. Other one? Well 1st was so cheap!! I might go find...

Bought the 1st one un-lit to see what I thought of Mech Keyboards after seeing all the nerds rave about them here in OCN. Wow! OK I get it now. You do gain an accuracy because the mind knows when...

Also, the cooling block was pretty flat. I'm a machinist on occasion and "pretty flat" isn't easy. I wet sand CPUs and coolers on glass; this cooler took 1/4 of the time the i7-2600k required to...

I wrote the initial info for this case, so that's pretty much my review. Compared to the TT Command Snow I just evaluated, if THIS case was ATX sized, I would rather buy this case than the TT...

Overall, I'd recommend passing on buying this unless you're at the store and it's the cheapest one you like. I'm more impressed by the quality of the generic Apex TX521 that Tiger Direct likes to...
