Based on your supplied information, you can use the extra GTX260 216 as Physx card (and for folding, if you wish).
1) turn off PC
2) insert the GTX260 216 into the lower blue PCIEx16 slot of your motherboard
3) connect the two PCIE connectors from your PSU to the card
5) the card should be detected as new hardware and so you reinstall the already downloaded driver
6) enable the GTX260 as Physx in Nvidia Control Panel.
Your 650W power supply should have the juice to drive both cards. But it might not have enough PCIE connectors. So, you might need to use some 'molex-to-PCIE' adapter cables.
