Can you find me a RCA to VGA then please? o:

Also, will it be able to give out a good image quality?

Something as simple as this should work, all you would need to plug in is the yellow, if your monitor doesn't have speakers built in

That one has a lot of negative reviews. Have you tried doing something like this before?

If you download an emulation onto your PC and you own the game it is not considered pirating.

You simply will not get good quality as the source material is of a standard definition signal. Think of a Monet painting up close, your stretching pixels out to fit on your large resolution screen, it will indefinitely give you a poor quality image. The only way to improve the quality of any of your games would be to run an emulator that has mods to increase image quality for specific titles.

A: If you own the game, emulation isn't pirating

B: Use HDMI for your PC and free up the VGA adapter for RCA>VGA.

Legally it is still considered copyright infringement to download ROMs even if you do own an original of the game.

Yes and that's why you make your own rom, which is 100% legal. downloading roms of games you own from the internet = illegal though.
