I'm running an Asus Maximus V Extreme mobo, which is merely EATX, But for the purposes of my STH10 build, can someone tell me if I want HPTX or XLATX for my STH10 mobo config? I get that both will work, but what about cable management and or future proofing needs and if they are backwards compatible? I mean can you put a XLATX on the HPTX mobo tray? Seems to me the HPTX is the biggest and can do every size, isnt the XLATX obsolete by that measure or do I have it wrong somehow? Basically, can somebody just list the reasons why I would choose one over the other?
Also, when is Caselabs Adapter MAC-215 coming out? Link?

The XL-ATX tray should be fine with that board. The ASUS board is 12.0" x 10.7" and our XL-ATX tray is 13.6" x 10.75". A lot of people prefer the XL-ATX tray (as long as they are not using an HPTX board) because there isn't so much empty space left on the tray. At least 50% of out STH10 orders are with XL-ATX trays.
A true EATX board is 12.0" x 13.0" but most MB manufacturers call their boards EATX when they are wider than the ATX spec of 9.6".
