Another issue, I have the TWO Black Ice SR1 120.4 (480) rads bought, earmarked for the top compartment, but how many upper front 5.25" bays will that block internally? Could I use anything at all like fan controllers or do I just lose all those bays? I'm guessing I'll lose 3-4 bays from that.
Edit: found a pic, there seems to be a decent unused area on one side of the 480 rad bracket, so it may fit all but the deepest bay equipment at the same time as dual 480 rads. Or at least fan controller or half depth stuff. From the pics the top compartment seems to block 2 and a half bays, so 3 of those bays have to be shallow equipment. A blu ray drive may squeeze in there but I can not be certain without further info.
Edit 2: What I'd like to do is put an AquaBay/AquaTube in the first two slots, then the Aqua Computer 5 Fan Controller in the 3rd one, then my Blu-Ray drive in the 4th bay, then a single bay vented cover, followed by a 360 flex bay rad (the vented cover is needed for the rad fittings to clear), followed by a HD cage. That should fill every bay in the STH10.

if you have an HPTX tray and the XL window the end of the tray will show slightly to about where the cable management grommets on the tray are .It will look clean not showing alot of lose extra tray.
