Triple Buffering in CoH?

Ok so i got this new amazing game , Company of heroes.
The graphics are outstanding, framerates are smooth but i have a problem.
The tearing in this game is horrible without V-Sync enabled, due to it being an RTS and with V-sync enabled it of course runs at my screens refresh rate (85hz = 85fps) but the problem with V-sync as most of u know is if it cant push the full 85 fps it automatically drops to 30 fps, this is having a hit on my gameplay both ways... i need smooth edges, but i also need smooth framerates. I tried DXtweaker or wtvr and it wont work with this game, anyone found a way to get it workin?

I cant be the only one this is buggin the crap out of

Try setting your video quality to performance or high performance and then have vSync on. That will give you better performance for almost no visual difference

You can read my nV quality/performance FAQ in my sig for more info
