There is a slightly better online memory deal available on Newegg (a shell shocker) that you might want to take advantage of.
I would like to argue against spending more than $100 for the case and PSU on an A8 APU based build. The A8 is so efficient that you could run it on a 150W-200W PSU like the ones used in prebuilts (don't use a very old/used one of course!). There are small form factor cases in the $40 range that are more than adequate to handle the A8 APU. Some even with PSUs adequate to handle the A8 APU and an extra low profile Radeon 6670 in Hybrid CrossfireX later.
A 150W PicoPSU (with an adequately sized power brick) should be enough to supply the power you need for this PC. Although I would advise that you undervolt considering with motherboard components you would be very close to 150W power consumption with other components, assuming (this may not be) the 100W TDP value correctly describes APU power consumption (but A8 APUs are very good at undervolting as well).
