That site has a great list of "the best" DS games. It also include a ton of Japanese exclusive games.
To anyone who says the DS doesn't have good games, come on. It's one of the best handhelds ever. Plus it is very easy to use if you have a flashcard.

I'm sure I'm missing a lot more.
The DS also has *decent* emulators (such as gameboy, TurboGrafx, and NES) but the PSP is a much better choice for emulation. As far as emulating the DS on a PC, I've never really messed with it, but a lot of these games can be played without relying too much on the touchscreen. The emulators can, of course, emulate the touchscreen with the clicking of the mouse, but depending on the game it might not be as functional.
