Golden Sun: Dark Dawn was actually an amazing RPG. I played the GBA ones when they first came out and have to say that the series is still going strong.

http://vsrecommendedgames.wikia.com/wiki/Nintendo_DS

That site has a great list of "the best" DS games. It also include a ton of Japanese exclusive games.

To anyone who says the DS doesn't have good games, come on. It's one of the best handhelds ever. Plus it is very easy to use if you have a flashcard. wink.gif

I have played a ton of games for it and the ones I would recommend are:
Contra
New Super Mario Bros. DS
Kirby Super Star Ultra (port of SNES game)
Chrono Trigger (port of SNES game)
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer (port of SNES game, first time in English)
The World Ends with You
Dragon Quest (series)
Professor Layton (series)
Elite Beat Agents (rhythm)
Ontanarama (rhythm)
Picross DS
Retro Game Challenge
Yoshi's Island DS

I'm sure I'm missing a lot more.

The DS also has *decent* emulators (such as gameboy, TurboGrafx, and NES) but the PSP is a much better choice for emulation. As far as emulating the DS on a PC, I've never really messed with it, but a lot of these games can be played without relying too much on the touchscreen. The emulators can, of course, emulate the touchscreen with the clicking of the mouse, but depending on the game it might not be as functional.

If anyone needs advice on DS or non-PC gaming stuff, feel free to PM me. Gaming is kind of a hobby of mine - more so than overclocking. wink.gif

Pokemon Diamond/Pearl
Pokemon has only been mentioned about 13 times in this thread. Additionally, nearly everyone who supports Nintendo at least knows about Pokemon, and they know that there is probably a Pokemon game on every handheld they've ever released (if not 4-5 games.)

Plus the OP said "Does anyone know of any good games on it? i only have pokemon white" which means that he was requesting games OTHER THAN pokemon. I'm sure he is aware that Pokemon Diamond/Pearl exist.

IMO, Pokemon is a waste of time that eats into all of the other great games you could be playing (unless you have infinite time to just play ALL of them.) But it is a good thing Pokemon exists because it pushes out Nintendo units like crazy which in turn gives incentive to other devs to make more games.

BUT, some people love Pokemon and spend 100% of their handheld gaming time playing it - to each their own!
