Overclocking i5 2500K with CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO cooler

Hey!
Soon I will be buying Intel Core i5-2500K CPU with CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO cooler, ASUS P8P67-M PRO motherboard and 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz RAM (I already have MSI Nvidia 560Ti GPU and Corsair TX650 PSU) and I was wondering are all these components compatible and how far can I go with overclocking my CPU with that cooler?

Thanks!
(and sorry if I posted this in the wrong category, I posted it here because this is mostly cooling and overclocking question)

Everything on your build is great and will work well together. I would say on that cooler you could hit 4.5ghz easily but watch those load temps and make sure they stay under 72-75c for long durations. I have never hit above 70c because I want my chip to last me at least 4 years biggrin.gif
