If you're willing, just wait.

If it MUST be now, try the new 560 Ti refresh... the one with blablabla cores.

At the price of a 560 TI 448, just spend $20 more and go with a 570.

But, OP, i'd recommend to wait till you can get a HD 7870 or gtx 760/770.

skyrim is the problem, not your gpu.
all gpu's run like crap with skyrim, its because of the old game engine.

For your budget you could get an HD6950 2GB but you wont see much difference

I would have to agree. 1200p resolution will be much nicer with that little extra bump in VRAM and speed from the 570. I have a 1200p monitor and my 6870 at 1ghz really lags at times on certain games like Skyrim(2k res mod) and saints row and Crysis 2.

My vote would be go for the 570 or find a 2gb gtx560.

Thats not exceptable. If I'm gunna up... I need 60 FPS 1920x1200 high on Skyrim. Maybey a 570 or 6970 could do this???
