I can help you, I have owned all the crosshair line and still have the CIVE and CVF but first what cooling are you using? I see a single stage in you sig but I would like to know if that is what you are using and what the evap temp is idle and load. 1.6v on the cpu core is typically good for 5GHz - 5.5GHz on cold with a good chip. Key voltage settings to set and change are:

What bios you on? Go 1.6v and slowly clock upwards. Should be ok til 5GHz or 5.2GHz. 1.65v would be the most i'd do at that temp 24/7.
