Does the video card require a power connector? If so make sure it's plugged in and tight. Is the fan on the video card spinning up? Are you getting any beeps at all?

no beeps, molex cable is in the video card tight, yes the fan is spinning. I am trying to figure what hardware could be bad.

if no beeps, likely PSU, motherboard, or CPU

Any spare PSU you can try?

I used the powersupply for the same setup yesterday and it worked. I have an extra but it doesn't work with the AMD board. Any ideas if it could be a bad mobo or Video card?

MoBo or CPU.

Video card should cause beeps, but still could be the culprit.

That's an SLI mobo.... does it use a "shuttle" card. If it does, reseat the shuttle card..... mine was loose, and caused exactly the same result.

On that board, it might be called a "shadow" card.
