problem with my xonar DX soundcard

its asking for internal power and my 4-pin connector is connected

this is the first time that this happened to me for 3 months of usage

Turn your computer off, turn off the PSU and unplug it. Then double check all your connections, especially any molar adapters. Check by unplugging them, and making sure none of the pins backed out. Then boot it back up and see what happens. If it still does it, try using a different connection. Check the power coming off the connector with a multimeter or a fan if you dont have one. If its not the PSU, you may have a faulty plug on the card. In that case, contact manufacturer for an RMA if its still under warranty.

thanks yeah the white thing was out had to push it back
