Zowie AM? Better than the Xai?

At the moment I claw grip my Xai, it feels great but is sort of too heavy. As far as I know the switches in the Xai are great, just the right amount of strength needed to click but there are a few flaws with the sensor.

I play at 450 DPI or 810 DPI depending on the game, while I only use one of the side buttons usually. The DPI I play at makes the acceleration on the Xai irritating as well as how sensitive it is to dust and how crap it is on my cloth mousepad, the acceleration is limiting to my game and it tracks awkwardly on my mousepad sometimes.

At the moment I'm looking to replace my Xai with the Zowie AM, it seems to fit my criteria but there also seems to be a few flaws with it.

Is the overlapping clicking really that bad? When will 2nd batch be out and will it permanently fix it? Is there any Prediction or acceleration in the sensor? How low is the LOD (I find the xai to have an average LOD)?

Oh and finally, where the hell do you buy one of the 2nd batches? 3:

I just bought one which I think is from the second batch, ESEAmarket just got them in today. I should have it by the end of this week and I'll let you know how it is.

The second batch mice wont be available till the end of February to early March.
I also ordered an AM from ESEA so I'll also be able to post my impressions of it when it gets here.

No acceleration, no prediction. LOD is approx 1.2mm - I found to be lower or same as the Xai. Second batches won't be available till February. Switches are stiffer than the Xai.

How much did they end up charging you for shipping?

Wow sounds great. Are the switches that much stiffer than the xai? Can you still rapidly quick or is it very hard to?

From my experience with stiffer switches it makes it easier to control recoil and 1 tap. With my Zowie EC1 which I believe have Omrons, they have some really light switch where I will set it down and it right clicks. I swear I click mouse1 for 1 ms and I still shoot 2 bullets with the ak47.

Edit:

Wow, I read the specifications Zowie listed on their site for the EC1 and it is rated for 40IPS. There is no way I haven't hit over this with flick shots and many other shots in CS:S.
