Thread Starter
Hi
I just bought a laptop I want to get wireless internet for it.Actually,at home I already have 2 computers connected via a router that is wired. Is there anything I can buy to add on one of my routers port or another solution to make me keep my wired router.Or should I buy a wireless router?( Can I use a wireless router the same way as a wired router? Is theres ports in the back?)

Thanks
Sorry for my english.

well basicaly its a point where all your wireless devices can access your wired network. Its sort of like adding wireless to your router

My wireless router has 4 ethernet ports + 1 more for the ethernet from my modem, you should be able to maintain your wired network if you buy a wireless router. Just make sure you get one with ethernet ports on the back.

Mine is a Linksys WRT54G, by the way.
