The only way to fix is to open up and physically bend the button plate back before re-assembling. A temp solution that I use on Logitech mice is to place a thin slither of folded scotch tape under the plastic strip above each button.

My G400 arrived today(lz13633 prediction free from amazon), and mouse1 rattles here too.
It's no dealbreaker tho, as it's loose for only some micrometers, and you can't notice it ingame.
Other than that, it is a joke how cheap(pricewise) this mouse is compared to other gaming mice.
I got it for 28€ incl. shipping from amazon.

-nice coating actually on the sides
-real PTFE teflon feet
-thin cable
-5 free programmable extrabuttons
-pretty light for this kind of mouse
-sensorwise perfect(LOD is quite low already on my qck)

I have been seriously considering another G400 purchase but after buying three Abyssus (trying to find one without jitter but failed) and a second G400 after returning all of the previous mice I might get an email from Amazon with no text, just this:

If they do, I'm definitely on it too. I must have returned 8 or more mice to Amazon in the last year smile.gif

I don't mean to thread crap but can anyone tell me if the newest/latest Logitech drivers are better than previous incarnations of them?

I know this is a G400 thread but I'm on a G500 replacing a G5 that was dead and using stock Windows drivers. I'd like to go back to the 1000Hz polling rate and custom sensitivities but the last time I gave the Logitech drivers a chance was a total catastrophe. There were huge sensitivity inconsistencies (before the G5 went bad) while gaming and it would vary from game to game, etc.

Thanks! redface.gif
