Mx510 on its own a pretty unique mouse. I believe it required the use of software to tick the 800 DPI registry or else it defaulted at 400. Must have been an early Cypress micro controller limitation.

Yes the mx510 needs Mouseware installed to be set at 800dpi (which sucks because that didn't seem to work on windows 7)

yes the mx510 has prediction/angle snapping http://www.esreality.com/index.php?a=post&id=2024663#pid2024732 . I tried the mx510 and g400 in paint, and it's much easier to paint straight lines with the mx510:

nice mouse, but that the sensor is not exactly like my mx510 kinda bugs me, guess i'll have to play with the sensivity settings until i find a good value then :/
