so is it quickly getting to 75c and stopping or is it slowly increasing to 75 on load?

Also, what TIM are you using? does it require hours to set?

Oddly enough I have a Rasa 360 3 fan radiator kit and I've had it for about 9 months. With my i7 2600k @4.8Ghz @1.405v I still get around 72-74c under full load. I've learned to live with it but I think I may be buying a bigger(higher) radiator and new fans (GT-AP15's). I think I saw that you had the same Rasa 360 kit? If so, I can relate to how you feel frown.gif

Ya I don't get it either. I'm starting to think my fans might be terrible, Yate Loons medium speed. Or maybe there is a clog in my CPU block, I've yet to check that. I've re-seated my CPU block countless times and went through more than half a tube of MX-5 (i think its called) TIM. I wish I could get help...and maybe get help as well haha.
I Personally think it has to be a flow issue, Air in the Radiator, or the order of components at this point.

The Next step i would take (Myself) is disassemble the waterblock, check it.

Take the rad. out, connect a piece of tubing to each fitting. put one tubing end in your hand making a fist, and flush it out with higher pressure from the sink. DON"T RUN FULL PRESSURE!! Repeat in the opposite direction.
THERE HAS TO BE A BLOCKAGE!!! that's restricting flow, or causing an air pocket, hens driving temps up.

Somethings smells fishy in denmark

Have you flushed out the rad with water/vinegar mix? I'm actually waiting on my stuff to come in the mail today and hoping this won't happen to me too. Going to flush that thing out like crazy then plug the holes while it's filled and shake the crap out of it, flush it again.

I'm just going to go ahead and re-quote this.
