element wont align left and im stumped

Absolute nuclear.zip 163k .zip file so attached is my page and all the logos (dont worry about the check boxs) i cannot under any circumstances get the layer3 div tag element to float left or move left if you open up the page you will see what i mean.. also the white margin around that table wont go away either.. any help would be momentous

Is this what you're after?

PS: You really need to separate all the css into its own file; it will make your life much easier when the time comes to edit your site. Inline CSS is a pain the behind to keep track of.

yep that's it lol thank you for your help lol and its being integrated into a program not on a site.. its kinda tough to explain but there is no way for a separate sheet to be used.. i asked.. and tried to no success lol +rep to you tho
