If you have done everything in the guide there is nothing else I know of at...disable unneeded services and boot up programs, disable gui boot screen, disabled unneeded options in the bios...maybe disconnect any unneeded usb device at boot?

Thanks for the tips and the guide but I actually figured it out. I had to disable USB3.0/ESATA/ETC in UEFI so they dont load up while windows is loading and now it is stupid fast. Longest part of whole process is POST.
