I never got a response from Blade during the last practice, then no PM/IM today even though I cleared my schedule to account for the fun. Glad things went well, but unless the communication is better next time, I do not think I will volunteer again. Cheers!

Nobody received a PM today, everyone knew when the match was. We have known for 3 weeks now. You never were able to make it to a practice, so if we needed you I would've PM'ed you but everyone who was supposed to show up did. I would appreciate it if you would keep the blasting to a PM if anything as I informed everyone the same way. We talked over steam regarding that you were busy and I understood. But just because you weren't able to make the practices doesn't mean you get more communication than anyone else.


/back on topic

The matches were chaotic, the server was laggy but overall I think everyone had a good time. I don't think gameservers should give us a 32 man server and then not be able to support a full 32 players without it lagging to pieces. I've contacted Chipp regarding this and hopefully something will be done about this soon. EVGA won Badwater, OCN won Badlands. After badlands EVGA was unable to participate in the third anf final tie-breaker, thus forfeiting the match and giving OCN the win. It was not a great win, but a win nonetheless! so the overall record is now EVGA 2, OCN 2! Can't wait for next year! thumb.gifthumb.gifthumb.gifthumb.gif

I was only able to make 1/3 of one practice. I missed the other two entirely, but I made sure blade knew that I'd be there for the real thing and signed in to the game/mumble because...that's just what you do when a scheduled match shows up.

It was a really great game (apart from the lag, maybe next year tone it down to 12v12?). Couldn't be much happier.
