these are 2 products that look very interesting.. the king cooler to me is basicly the nyko intercooler with the ability to use any of the video hookups with some added stuff..

We are very happy to finally reveal our next exciting product for the Xbox 360 modding community. A couple of weeks ago we gave you a sneak peak at a device that allowed flashing your firmware without ever having to open up your Xbox 360 again. No soldering, no cutting of the case - just plug 'n' go. You only ever have to open up your case once. We don't need to tell you how many different firmwares have been released in the last few months and who knows how many more? No longer will you have to have your Xbox in pieces all the time, no longer will you have to take the Xbox apart every time you need to update new features and functions or essential bug fixes.

We have designed this to be as ergonomically sound as the Xbox 360 itself. Its functionally perfect and works so good that we believe all firmware modders will be using this as standard by the end of the year, it just makes life SO MUCH EASIER !

Imagine using this along with the X360 USB - Firmware modding has never been so simple !

Features:
* Once installed never iopen up the case again to update firmware
* No soldering, no cutting, no problem !
* 5 minute install
* Xbox Mode & PC Mode Switch
* Modeb Enabled for Hitachi
* Molex Power connector (no lugging around the 360 PSU)
* Superior quality design
* Ergonomically matched to the 360 case
* LED Glow feature (see video)
* LED Glow Off / Led Perm On / LED Off switch

As ever we have no lead time and no launch price yet - however we are targeting a release at the end of October.

2. At the same time the Cooler King gives you the option to connect VGA, Component and S-VHS cables for high definition gaming, and optical output for digital surround sound.
3. You can also connect your MP3 player, digital camera and additional wired controllers through the USB hub multi-tap facility.

The Cooler King is easy to install - just plug into the XBox 360 and go! (Comes supplied with a scart lead for connection to standard definition TV).

The cooler king looks amazing. Not only is it a cooler, its all the other things as well. Definitely worth is for 38 USD or £29.99 for it. I would just like to know if the 360 recognizes the VGA port and gives you the options on the dashboard like the official one does.

What a joke...I own a 360.. and ya know Du@lGeEk is right. The consumer should NEVER have to buy a 3rd party device to fix a flaw in the original design. If it overheats send the thing back or you have the right to sue. The product should work as its sold unless you mod it and viod the warrenty. Same thing with a PC if you buy it and it overheats the day you take it out of the box thats not your problem, its the POS company you bought it from. To say you have to go out and buy mods for something that should have worked strait out of the box is crap. The ONLY time you should have to buy a after market cooler for anything electronic is if you live in a unique climate or you mod the thing in which case its now your problem.

Because of those reasons this device is as pointless as those tornado scams for car intakes..

So send it back, its Microsofts problem, you shouldn't have to spend a dime on stuff like this "king cooler"..

shut up.. it does work.. and i dont care what company puts a console or any product out.. theres going to be defects with them no matter what.. and they are taking steps to cure this problem.. maybe you should read the post about xbox360 switching over to 65nm cpus .. which will help prevent a lot of the heat.. and your looking at it all wrong.. think of it as an item that gives you the ability to use vga.. hd and everything all in one with the bonous of an add cooler that helps keep the system running better.. im sick of people *****ing about stuff like.. oh it heats up.. sue microsoft.. .. you know you shouldnt have to spend a dime on an air cooling system for an intel cpu.. but we do.. why becuase they get hot.. and burn out if ya dont.. i dont see anyone say.. ohh stop using processors.. and sue amd and intel..and by the way.. those tornados.. work .. yep.. thats right i said... they WORK.. how about that..
