I played Echanted Arms. It's nothing groundbraking, it's just your tradiotional jrpg, with beautiful graphics and a fun battle system. The battle system is like a strategy rpg grid, where you control golems (monsters you can synthesize during the game) and the main characters. It's turned based, like FFs, but you have think a bit more than just meteor and attack though. You have to plan ahead a bit. As for characters and story, it's not the best story out there but it's good. The character's english voice may sound silly to some but nothing that will keep you from enjoying the game. I say give it a try, rent it at least.
