Getting Trolled by EA Live chat

OK this is starting to piss me off.

In april of 2011 i was given Crysis 2 because i had just purchased BFBC2 and it would not run. Now i am being told that the Product code for my crysis(that i have used fine since april) is for Japanese region. He asked for my case id. well i gave it to him. I dont have a case id where it specifically says here is the product code for Crysis 2 because that was on the phone. What i do have is the case ID where he says, and i quote

Now, 1, the live chat keeps telling me the case id has nothign to do with BFBC2, but with crysis 2 cd key not working. NO WHERE does it say crysis 2 cd key not working. If you read what i quoted, that is the first line of the 10 emails back and forth between me and this rep about BFBC2 not working. Where they tell me to try afinity and some other crazy crap.

So what do i do. he is telling me to come back later when i have the correct Incident ID but thats it. ALSO, i linked 2 or 4 other Incident ID's about BFBC2 crashing and he tells me none of those are about BFBC2 either. SO what am i missing? I quoted links where they tell me in each email how to fix it, resinstall BFBC2 yet he tells me those are not for BFBC2???????

I am so confused

I can post screen shots of the emails to prove what i am saying, screen shots of the live chat.

I just dont understand what i am missing.

EDIT:AHHAHHAHAHH

on top of all that. my live chat person just left chat and transfered me without any warning

at the time of the first incident or now?

with BFBC2 is was a 2500k with ssd and gtx 580

now its a q9550 with gtx 560ti and ssd


EDIT: all different parts

It's weird. Just go to the chat and ask them to swap your crysis 2 jap to english ...

Thats what i first asked. HE didnt respond and went on about how the incident id is not for BFBC2

Origin/EA support is crap. They all have no idea what you are trying to do, they just follow a standardised procedure list, not much point trying to get them to do anything out of the ordinary like this. Good luck i guess and hope you get to talk to someone 'higher up'

Last time I had issue with my Credit Card and I couldn't pre-order BF3.

They gave it to me without charging my credit card.
You will have your english version don't worry.

Hey, even Skyrim's AI isn't so bad after that. EA support is probably monkeys trained to hit random button.
