I'm looking for a motherboard as I have a i7 2700k on the way. I want to get a motherboard with a UEFI bios as the traditional bios is just old... I think this mobo would fit you well: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131790 It's more expensive though... The GPU is fine but if you are planning on upgrading to a 7980 why not get an even cheaper gpu and just wait it out?

It may help to get a psu with a higher wattage rating than 620 if you want to have more room to grow (add a second video card, etc.). Apart from that, the build looks nice so far. If you want slightly better "future-proofing" you could get a motherboard with pcie 3.0 support.

Oh, well I would stick with the gtx 460 1gb then, see if you can get a good used one for under $100 then you should be able to resell it for a little less in a few months. You'll be able to play the latest games with decent settings, I have a evga gtx 460 1gb and I can play bf3 on medium/high settings at 1920x1200 with around 35 to 80 fps.

The main difference if you wait for z77 is that it natively supports pcie 3.0 (with an ivy bridge cpu installed) and better USB 3.0 support. Basically, if you get a motherboard that's not z77 but has pcie 3.0 support you would be getting close to the same thing.
