picking first SSD

right i'm finally going to venture into SSD's rolleyes.gif .
been looking arround and think its between 3 now (unless you can come up with some other suggestions and reasons why wink.gif )
the 3 i am currently looking at are:
Corsair Force Series 3 120GB (currently prefered mainly on price..... tongue.gif )
OCZ Vertex 3 120GB
OCZ Octane SATA III 128GB
anyone got any suggestions? any input would greatly help!!
kinda wanna be able to go pick it up on friday after my last night shift, something to look forward to!! biggrin.gif

Most commonly recommended SSD is the Crucial M4. It's more reliable (despite the 5200 hour bug that is being fixed in a soon to be released firmware), and it's speeds are 500 MB/s compressed and uncompressed. If I remember correctly, the Sandforce drives achieve extreme speeds with compressible data, but are much much slower with uncompressible data.

Crucial do tend to cost a bit more money, but there's usually a reason why one part is more expensive than another, y'know?
