HP/ Compaq laptop problem

Hello!

I got this laptop to repair but im a bit confused what could cause this kind of issue:
In bios keyboard and mouse works as they should ( yes it has Compaqs own uefi) but just after that they dont react to anything. This is very problematic cause i cant install windows 7 nor select normal boot because the already selected boot option is repair, which of course wont work and reboots the laptop instantly, thus cant select normal boot because the actual problem.

The laptop itself does not have ps2 connector so only way is usb keyboard and mouse, but external keyboard does not make any difference to the laptops own kb at all.

I have also took this laptops harddrive to my pc, and yes it booted finely into vista. But when i put it back in laptop, visa logo appears just barely visible and does not do anything after that.

The model is compaq 615.

I would be very indebted if any of you can help me solve this.

In the BIOS, try enabling "legacy USB support".

It enables USB curring post and boot up. (It's not for using old USB devices!)
