Thread Starter
recently whenever i listen to my px100's with my computer and my new xfi i get these headaches as im listening, they dont happen when i use my 2.0 speakers and i dont even turn them up that loud so i don't know whats going on, afaik headaches dont actually hurt or damage your body they just effect nerves so im still using them

anyone else have this and what should i do?

if you are just listening to music try leaving your x-fi set to 2.0/2.1 speakers and turn off the crystalizer and CMOSS 3D... basically just have it set to everything off and no EQ.
if that doesn't help try to turn the volume down from what you would normally listen to your music at.

In my experience the px100's are very comfortable and don't apply any pressure at all... could be that I have a smaller head though

For that noise make sure SVM is set to off for some reason SVM creates static. I get it on my speakers, HD555's, Koss A/130, and Shure E3C. But once its off its gone.

I get the same on these sony ones. I think its just the bass. If I listen to stuff like Classical then I'm fine but with Trance and rock stuff, I get a headache and I sweat o_O
