Hello,

I have bought myself this video card...an since then i have only problems...

1.Artifacts in games (NFS THE RUN , Battlefield)...
2.High idle temps on different NVIDIA drivers...

Could someone help me or tell me if thing has happened and how did it make it go away...

Any opinions are welcomed.

Thanks in advance! smile.gif

What Drivers are you using? Look into the 285.xx drivers as they work nicely with the BF3. Not sure on the NFS: Run.

What kind of case do you have. Decent airflow?

Using MSI Afterburner to overclock or adjust fan speeds?

Long shot but I had a GTS 450 that behaved similarly, after trying everything else I could think off, I lowered the memory clock a little and it ran fine after that :l

Worth a try if you run out of ideas.

278 / 285 / 290(beta) - no change still the same...

The problem with the temp is that on different drivers the idle is 30-32 and on others is 40-42...same environmental temp...

Using MSI Afterburner just to see the temps.. smile.gif

I wouldn't worry about the temp change between drivers, pretty much everyone who moved to the latest betas recently seen an increase in idle temps.
