Your interpretation is sort of correct, yes the person worked for Lamptron in charge of ordering, but I have personally broken down from the statement and what I know already (that is part of our public statement) is that the person was fired for not managing the company budget properly, which put the company in debt. Then proceeded to sue Lamptron in court, and lost the court case, and then used whatever they had acquired when they left to reproduce the products and make back the loss that they claim they have. Now I have all of the official findings, im just trying to verify what goes public and what doesn't.
