I am alos getting a 7.8 with the processor being 7.8 and everything else at 7.9

According to Microsoft's WPI rating system, the CPU has to be clocked at an insane 10GHz in order to score 7.9, which is impossible at the moment, so rest assure you do have the highest rating possible ATM. server grade system like SR-2 do not count
