Thinking of upgrading....

I have a 2 month olf Asrock P67 Extreme 4 Gen 3. No problems with it at all. Im sitting at 4.6ghz on my i5 at 1.34v...watercooled.

I am wondering if picking up a Asus Maximus board would be worth the time and hassle of redoing everything.... i know its a great board... but if im not having issues.... ?

I would say no. It's probably not worth the hassle. A quality board can get you a LONG ways but, not leaps and bounds over any other board. It's not like a processor or graphics card where the next step up will give you major improvement. If the machine is running well now, you won't see a drastic change by upgrading your board. Especially if you're sticking with the same chipset. A Z68 board would give you subtle increases BUT, it's really not worth shelling out the cash for a negligible, bottom line performance increase.
