This means they're somewhere between AP-14 & AP-15's?

I hear you. I haven't faced any issues with Z-Bearing fans in any position, but anything can happen with any fan when it comes to that, with the exception of Double BB's, but they tend to make slight more noise at higher RPMs. At least that's what I've noticed. Only time will tell...
