oh dear, if its just windows wont boot then your luck as you can get to BIOS and change back to your defualt settings. but i would say you mean it POST so onething you can try is reboot a few times and it may just POST. worst case senerio but probably what you will have to do is switch off the PC remove the CMOS battery (A small watch like battery) for like 2-3 minutes which will reset your BIOS, look in your mobo manual for more info about this for your mobo. this should allow you your PC to POST as your BIOS will be resetted back to defualt settings
