I think BC2 turned out the same way. I check the OCN server fairly often. It's always empty. The most people I've played with is like 11 on CNQ large. Make it a TDM or SQDM server and call it a day. Either mode with admin support will draw people in. It's hard to get ppl on a constantly empty conquest large server. Hardcore vs normal is secondary.
