Guys- At the risk of being wrong, I have put my self out there. I have communicated with G-Vans, Hank, this forum etc.

If Spawne32 is well......... Spawne32.......... he is certaintly not being up front with everyone. The bottom line is this, there is a war between G-Vans and Lamptron in Asia.

I will add to the mods.......... Thread was closed until Lamptron made an official statement. ......I had to come in here and pound it out of Spawne32.............

But on a serious note, Im not taking sides with Lamptron or G-Vans only because I dont know the whole story and really its none of my concern. As long as Lamptron continues to produce awesome products, Im happy. I currently own a Scythe Kaze controller but thats only because im a cheap ass and didnt wanna spring for the extra 30 bux after i dropped 600 on my W/C setup. If Lamptron is indeed the victim then I hope justice prevails and if G-Vans is the victim then I hope they get what they wanted and stop producing copies of lamptron products (make your own and get your name in the game).

Now what does bother me that I had to post was the guy from FrozenCPU and his comments. WTH? Im sure hes mad because his company was mentioned but life's tough when you use doctored photos and send customers the wrong product and play it off as its the same. The way he is portraying FCPU is rediculous and not professional for an owner whatsoever. His behaviour alone merits me to never order from there and to inform my peers to do the same. Luckily I found out about DAZMODE just before I was going to order from FCPU. Plus it also helps with not paying brockerage fees at the border when importing from new york.

But please dont take me for an ass im not ripping on FrozenCPU's business or their products I just didnt think the comments by the owner were as professional as could be. Nothing against them. Its only one opinion from a community member.

I believe he should apologize to the community for his conduct because we are the ones who will make or break the business at the end of the day.

And props to Spawn for maintaining as much professionalism as he could. Its never easy.

I'm completely appalled at how FrozenCPU is responding, and G-VANS either doesn't make sense, responses are random, or all in all isn't being done professionally. Everything else aside, at least Spawne32 Is handling this how it should be, politely, calmly, clearly.

To be honest, that hardwire on one of the first pics before anyone got involved sealed the deal for me, that's a classic sign of something not being made right, but everything else has just been pushing me more tword lamptron more and more.

See... this is what I'm talking about. You're offering a personal deal to people on a forum to turn against someone who is (to everyone on this forum) a vendor rep. You consider this professional? No one is blaming FrozenCPU anymore. They're waiting for the info from Lamptron involving G-Vans copying their products, or whatever went down.

I've never bought anything from FrozenCPU in the past, but after reading your posts... I don't think I ever will. There are plenty of other companies out there that haven't been making a fool of themselves on a forum I frequent.

Sadly I think he is just talking the talk to try to save face. Never intended to actually follow through with what he said.

oh gaawd.......... I cant sit in.......... participate in a debate and a thread here without everyone going on all "bash fcpu". I have provided all information from G-Vans and Lamps that i have to this thread. Normally, we are gloves on, in this instance, we are gloves off. This is absolutely with no merit a chase for slander. There is no evidence at all for copyright or patent infringement.

I am still a member of this community both private and in a business capacity. I have given a lot to you guys and if I am out of line, so be it, but this thread is not right.

Wow, with the response from FrozenCPU, I will not ever purchase any more of my products from them. You guys already over charge on shipping, which has made me purchase products elsewhere.

Where's the big apologies for posting fraudulent pictures on their website or sending out copy products and claiming, 'it's the same thing?' If I purchase a Lamptron product it better arrive as a Lamptron product. You guys have lost all credibility. Frozen CPU is officially on the 'do not buy from' list and I'll pass along the word to all the system builders I know.

Good to see some official statement being made even though it left me with more questions than answers. Naturally I don't know half of the facts but IF some former lamptron employees did indeed not get paid and they decided to make their own controllers, I say let them do so but using lamptron's looks, names, reviews and photos is just wrong. And I too would like Mark to explain that how can G-VANS be the oem of lamptron if the g-vans rep personally said that he's a former employee of lamptron who (supposedly) didn't get paid and started making ripoff products due to this. Mark has been babbling about radishes and Spawne not being a real person for days now, drinking spree anyone? He may or may not have some info about this that turns the whole case upside down, but the way I see this is that he either got conned by g-vans and made believe that they're a lamptron oem and now he's just trying to save himself, or then he's just allied with g-vans for profit (sell cheaper products for the same price).
Lastly, I really could care less as I live a few pools away from usa but I'm getting a really bad picture of fcpu here. He doesn't seem to care about people saying that they'll never order from fcpu again and how ridicilous he sounds, but just continues to make these accusations that sound like he's on a personal vendetta or something. Also, a vendor rep promising a price for "outing" another vendor rep is just disgusting.
