May I just say that we at OCT never reviewed the fc5v2 rather is was the fc touch and the fc9.

To all, particularly those amongst us from various vendors in the industry:

Matters regarding trademark and copyright, and accusations of infringement on these, are not best settled in a public discussion forum. I assume that each party involved in this dispute has taken appropriate legal action, and as such I'd encourage you to let your legal teams do the work. Mudslinging on a forum won't amount to any positive outcome, and as such, I'm going to close this thread now. Vendor reps are amongst us as support and sales ambassadors to interact directly with our members - jockeying for support via public spat is not included as a program perk.
