There is a thread at esreality where people posted their experiences with different mousepads: http://www.esreality.com/index.php?a=post&id=1881007
Long story short, your safest bet with this mouse is a Razer Goliathus Speed

How do you mean low malfunction speed? Is it lower than 3 m/s?

Dunno about the exact value, but it was impossible for me to make the abyssus skip on a goliathus speed. So there is really a difference wink.gif

So I would say the malfunction speed of my abyssus on a Qck Heavy was definitely below 3 m/s. For example, with a zowie am,1150dpi & 1000hz, i have no problems at all and according to some tests here in this forum it has a malfunction speed at 2.6 m/s.
This leaves me with the assumption that i play with a speed below 2.6m/s and henceforth the abyssus on my qck heavy should start skipping below that speed. BUT i have to mention that the view to the ceiling thingy didnt happen that often, only every 3rd map (20min each map) and in absolutely extreme situations: 180° turn as fast as possible.
And I have to admit the qck heavy was really old, but clean!, if that makes any difference regarding the malfunction speed of mice?!?

giniz, if u move your mouse faster than 2m/s while playing, hmm - i must say *** is wrong with you xD 100cm/360 sense?
And still waiting for posting paint test on jittering using roccat taito mtw edition surface =|

2m/s is pretty easy to hit actually. I'm sure hes around 40-50cm/360.

Nope. 23cm / 360° in quake live wink.gif, mainly tdm and ctf, and thats a low sens for me, but there are some flick shots involved. When i played Q4/Q3 i used a sens much higher, more like 16-18cm/360°. With those settings i had never a problem regarding malfunction speed. E.g. I could play with an Logitech G3 (Laser mouse, max tracking 1.74m/s) without any problems.
