Im sure every self-respecting professional player is interested in those specs nowadays. As I said, those numbers mean nothing if a mouse doesnt deliver every single number written on the case. And btw, how come "Lift off distance, acceleration and prediction" are ignored? I mean, no player can play flawlessly, at his best, with accel and prediction enabled. NO one. Its just unthinkable.

BTW, how is Sensei when it comes to accel and prediction? Im curious because (almost) all of the Fnatic/SK/EG/Na'Vi players play with that mouse.

Zero Prediction, noticeable, not dealbreaking, but annoying Accel.

Edit:

Oh and btw its pretty heavy for its size.

I dont really understand how that accel doesnt affect all the players' game. Really. I've used a mouse with accel, and it is... ugly.

Not really. A lot of gamers at a professional level are sponsored. The ones that actually know about specs and crap are using mice they were recommended in the past or are just comfortable using.

Because if a mouse performs well enough to where it dosen't hinder personal playing styles without obvious mental blocks by the player, it's "good enough".

Yet You have people like f0rest and other steelseries sponsored players using a Kinzu v1 with enormous amounts of angle snapping/prediction and acceleration at hardware level.

Besides obvious sponsorship, it's a decent mouse (Overpriced though). Has some minor positive acceleration on what seems hardware level for the time being. Prediction is toggleable a degree through the control unit.

Exactly. f0rest doesn't even care about those things, I believe.

f0rest has a very high sensitivity, i wouldn't mention his name as an example. Him and Navi'Edward are using 25-30cm/360, they can play with a ball mouse just as good. That doesn't change the fact that most ppl need a sensor without acceleration. And how do you know he plays his best with the Kinzu? Maybe his aim will improve if you'll give him a Kinzu with the A3090.

Only one fnatic player uses Sensei (carn), no SK player uses Sensei and only one NaVi player has it (Esenin). If Steelseries stops sponsoring these players they will go back to 1.1/3.0 as fast as you can say "headshot".

Thats why. They are sponsored, that doesnt mean they use the best possible.

f0rest? Not a good example. He is not the best player either. Maybe because of the fact he uses (mouse with an awful lot of) acceleration and prediction? Lets imagine if he uses G400v2 for example, forget the shape, just the sensor?

Yep. Too pricey for me too. But if the g400v2 sensor was in that shape, man, I would pay it all in a heartbeat. That perfect shape and this sensor.. brilliant.

Yet f0rest is not the best player out there you can provide an example of.

Opinions on 3.0? Never really had it on my shortlist as an option for gaming, quite famous moise though. Never really got informed about it. Major flaws?

btw, What mice do Neo, GeT_RighT and Markeloff use?
I asked HeatoN and SpawN @ Dreamhack once which was the best gaming mouse for CS and they both answered "the one that fit your hand the best". They didn't care about the mouse specs and how good it looked on paper, it all came down to how comfortable you are with the mouse.

And if you look at all the big teams today, they're sponsored, they don't play with the best mouse on the market, they play with whatever mouse their sponsor has to offer.
