Drilled lots of holes and got some pretty screws. They match the steel braid well.

1 hour at 85°C should prevent it from forming stress cracks. After all, a leaky reservoir is a bad reservoir. Also note the engraving wink.gif

I'm currently leak testing it. Looking good so far thumb.gif

I've also been working on the fan/LED controller. I now have most of the software written and a schematic, I now need to do a PCB layout and get a board made smile.gif
