Getting an iPad

Thread Starter
Getting a first gen iPad tonight (hopefully).

Jailbreaking should be easy correct? Through redsn0w?

What apps should I get for it?

Netflix, music, and facebook / OCN will be my primary uses.

I plan to tether to my iPhone 4, which has 6GB of data including tethering in my plan.

Any notes I should be aware of?

Don't pay too much. You never know when the iPad 3 will drop and cause price drops. biggrin.gif

Anyhow, congrats. You'll have fun with it. Jailbreaking also happens to be a ton of fun.

Get Gameboy ADX plus and SNES ADX for emulation of the aforementioned systems, smooth as playing it on the real systems and opens up a huge amount of gaming gems. smile.gif
