No, that t-line won't be able to fill it, I don't think, I cant see how it would. But, why exactly do you need a t-line? I would just take it out. But, looking good. You can pm Juggalo23451 for wc questions beyond me.

I wanted to add it above the res but it was too hard routing the hose to the fill port in back of the case. I'll try it and if it sucks ill take it out.

if you have aftermarket top for pump, you can attach line on to fill loop, you need to let air out while you fill, so put a t fitting on one of rad fittings then you can let air out while you fill from pump, this way pump is primed when you start and most of air will be trapped in rad. it would work round to fill the line going from pump to rad with air. stop system and fill again letting air out near rad on new t fitting.
The pipe going up to the rad from the pump would act as your res. Your res would fill up with water on act as a pipe only and not catch air (maybe a little air you wont be able to pump through).
You can take the filling tube off when finished and replace with normal stop fitting, as when the air is stopped from getting in at the top water will stay in the loop so you can change fittings (reverse procedure to empty).

Only shizzity part is the Tee blocks the view of the sweet water block. The front of my Rad has drain plugs so now I can crack open a drain plug on the Rad and fill it right up.

As long as nothing is on it really doesn't matter if you get water on it. If you want to get the charge you of everything, aka 5vsb, unplug the psu and try to turn it on. That will drain the 5vsb and all the psu caps.
