ASUS P5N-E SLi vDroop Mod - More Than One?

I've been researching this forum, and I've come to the conclusion that there are at least two different pencil methods of the vDroop mod.

You can pencil in this transistor - http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/1305/30fh0281848617xs1.jpg
Or you can pencil in this transistor - http://cdn.overclock.net/2/21/21ecce5b_vbattach67376.jpeg

Which one should I pencil in? Are there other places I could pencil in instead? Would I be better off penciling both of them in? Any advantages to penciling in one or the other? I think you catch my drift tongue.gif.

Thanks!!!

It's been just over a year, and I want to finish this overclock that I gave up on back then. Does anybody know which I should pencil in? Last time I tried the one in the first picture, it didn't do anything. I still had vDroop frown.gif.

It should be the first picture. Did you measure the resistance before and after penciling?

Also, what kind of pencil are you using? The typical #2 pencil doesn't have enough graphite to do the job. Here's a guide for pencils to do volts with: http://www.overclock.net/t/126357/info-what-is-the-best-pencil-to-volt-mod-with/

What are the #'s off the controller? I see ADP????
